Olá pessoal! Esse é mais um layout free para blogger. Ele segue uma tendência clean, sem muitas cores e decoração, a folha de postagem é bem larga (700 px) ideal para quem gosta de publicar fotos com boa resolução. Apesar do designe simples, o layout é extremamente funcional e elegante. Espero que gostem. Abra o painel do blog, vá até "configurações" >> "idioma e formatação" >> "formato da data" lá marque a penúltima opção. 

Como adicionar categorias no menu do blog ? 

Abra o painel do blog, vá até "modelo" >> "Editar HTML" e procure por <nav id='menu'> e logo abaixo você saberá onde editar. Crie uma postagem, marque ela com a tag de sua categoria desejada. Ex: MODA, publique, depois clique no marcador "moda" e copie o link direto do navegador.

Como retirar o "Tecnologia do blogger" que fica aparecendo no rodapé ou abaixo da coluna direita ?

Depende, se for o estilo é preciso ir pelo painel do blog como já dito acima, no próprio código você vai ver as instruções. Caso ele não esteja aparecendo, é necessário observar duas coisas: seu blog está público ? Você marcou a opção lista simples ? Ah, então tá!.
